Donut Worry, Be Happy!
Take a walk in one of Tualatin's parks in the month of December, and you just might get to enjoy some free donuts and cocoa while you're out! Thanks to the Washington County Community Psyche Grant and the Resiliency Project Tualatin, Pip's Original Doughnuts will be handing out their famous donuts and delicious cocoa or chai. While you're there, pick up a free winter craft kit with supplies to make a candy cane reindeer and beaded ornament!
All COVID-19 health protocols will be enforced. Face coverings and physical distancing are required.

In a joint meeting with the Tigard City Council, Tualatin City Council and the Tigard-Tualatin school board TTSD staff facilitated by Zinnia Un, with presentations by Tara Cooper and John Lenssen, recommended, and the school board unanimously approved, to convene a Steering Committee to continue with a newly structured SRO program. The committee will include representation from TTSD District Admin, Building Admin, Staff, Students, Tigard Police Department , Tualatin Police Department, Families and TTSD's community partners from community based organizations.
The suggested timeline for completing this process is April 1, 2021
